Largest Manual Chute Available
The M1-V is BIG! It boasts the largest dimensions available in a manual chute. It is able to handle the largest mature animals yet provides maximum adjustability down to 300 weight cattle.

Designed for safety
The M1-V was designed for the safety of the operator and the animals that go through it. Levers are positioned so they are easily accessible yet not a danger to the operator. Smooth and rounded angles and edges both inside and outside the chute for animal and operator safety.

Dual Neck Access
The M1-V is designed with wide dual neck access for accurate placement of vaccinations.

Double Floor Adjustment
The M1-V's "Easy Adjust" manual bottom can change to a possible 16 settings to accommodate virtually any size animal. It is fabricated from 10 ga. steel and reinforced underneath for added strength. Its low maintenance design is easy to operate and the solid steel floor treads resist mud and debris build-up.

Double Side Squeeze
M1-V's double side squeeze keeps the animal centered and balanced in the chute resulting in less struggle and calmer animals.

Uses Any Big Valley Headgate
You have a choice of any six Big Valley® headgates. The Self-Catch and Manual headgates are available with our exclusive Nek-Stender bars which keep the animalís head from excessive movement.

Drop Down Side Bars and Detachable Sheeted Side Panels
These two features give you complete access to both sides of the animal. The drop down bars require only one hand to operate. The solid sheeted side panels can either drop down or come off completely.

"Easy Action" Vertical Lift Tailgate
The M1-V comes standard with our ìEasy Actionî Vertical Lift Tailgate. The vertical action helps move the animal into the chute. The M1-V can also be ordered with our optional, sheeted Split Tailgate.

Reversible Controls
The M1-Vís chute controls can be easily converted to either left or right-hand operation.

Double Side Exit
Double side exits offer convenience and safety during calving season. It also features lockouts on both sides as an added safety feature.

Powder Coat Finish
The M1-V is finished with our premium powder coat paint. . . a full bake polyester powder unmatched against tough outdoor conditions.
