Feeder Panels Work Great For Feeding Stacked Hay
Hay Feeder panels are designed for feeding hay in-line or from a stack. They can be connected together or used alone. Weíve designed our hay feeder panels so they withstand abuse from the toughest animals. This design prevents calves from entering the feeding area. They are made from heavy 14 ga., 2î dia. steel tubing and stand 66î high.

All panels are painted with our premium powder coat finish, the best on the market. Powder coat ensures long life against sun fade, corrosion and weathering.

Mini-Bulk Bin Stores Up To 2 Tons of Feed
The Mini-Bulk Bin is designed to hold feed for swine, beef, and dairy applications. It can also be used to hold concentrates and supplement for mixer-grinders and mix-mills.

The M-15 includes 2 rings with a feed storage capacity of approximately 1-1/2 tons. The M-20 holds 2 tons of feed and comes with 3 rings and a leg and ladder extension kit. Legs have 5/8î dia. holes for fastening down. Both come with a manual feed slide gate. The Mini-Bulk BIn can be unloaded by using a flexible auger system.

With a clear height of 35î underneath, it is easy to unload feed into a pail or wheelbarrow. The bins have a galvanized steel hopper and come complete with a ladder for easy access to the top lid for filling. Legs are heavy gauge steel. Mini-Bulk Bins are designed to be mounted on a concrete pad. Specifications as shown.

Our Galvanized 5í Feed Bunks (GFB-5 & GUB-5) have the same quality design features as our popular 10í galvanized bunk in a 5í length. The GFB-5 is designed for cattle, while the GUB-5 is lower and ideal for smaller animals.

Optional Galvanized Hay Racks allow you to feed loose hay and grain at the same time. They are made from solid rod for extra durability. Hay racks are easy to attach and require drilling through the lip of the poly trough. The rack bolts directly to the Galvanized Feed Bunk and comes complete with all hardware needed.

Bale Feeders
All of our bale feeders are three piece construction and a full 8í in diameter. The BF-8 is a durable feeder at a great price. Its 1-5/8î dia., 16 ga. galvanized round steel tubing provides corrosion resistance and long life.

The HDF-8 is our most economical ìS-Barî bale feeder. The ìS-Barsî help keep calves out of feeder and save hay. The strong 1-5/8î dia., (16 ga.) galvanized steel tubing ensures long life.

The HDF-8M features ìS-Bar design and strong 1-5/8î (16 ga.) galvanized steel tubing for long life. The strong 4 gauge mesh panel is used instead of a solid panel to hold hay in feeder. The additional air that circulates through the mesh helps reduce moisture buildup, thereby reducing spoilage.

The Open Top Bale Feeder (OTB-8) uses all 16 ga. 1-5/8î round steel tubing for extra strength and long life. It is specifically designed to feed horses. The vertical partitions are made from smooth round tubing to enhance animal safety. Finished with our premium powder coat paint.

Our Super Duty Bale Feeder is designed for heavy duty use. The 1-5/8î dia., 16 ga. ìS-Barî dividers keep calves out and save hay. The horizontal tubing is heavy 14 ga. steel. The Super Duty Bale Feeder is easy to assemble. The solid hay saver panel bolts together for a snug fit with heavy metal straps. Features 15 eating spaces. Our Two-Piece Round Bale Feeder is designed for simple assembly and increased strength. Made of resilient, 1-5/8" 14 ga. steel horizontals, and 1-5/8" 16 ga. diagonals, as well as heavy angle connections, this feeder will last and last. It offers 16 diagonals per feeder, and an extra rind around the bottom to prevent hay waste and spoilage.

The new HAYSMART Bale Feeder suspends hay off the ground to reduce waste and offers 18 feeding spaces to keep cattle at the bale - keeping hay inside the feeder. According to university studies, hay utilization increases to more than 96% (compared to 85%). Made with long-lasting 16-gauge sheeting, structural grade hardware and a heavy grade 40 chain ensure durability and hold the heaviest bales. It is 6' high and has adjustable chains to give you hay savings with any size of cattle.

Mineral Feeders For Every Purpose
The WV-4600 Windvane Mineral Feeder is our best selling mineral feeder because it is tough, functional and economical. The WV-4600 features an all poly rotating head that protects mineral in the 1.9 cu. ft. poly tub. The large 48î dia. base ring resists tipping and is made from solid 3/4î steel rod, not hollow tubing, for extra long life.
Heavy Duty Poly Bull Feeders (HDB3, HDB4) are tough yet simple and easy enough for small animals to use. A newly designed center steel post attaches to a self-closing rubber cover which fits over the feeder to keep out rain, snow and dirt. These poly and rubber units are corrosion proof and will withstand cold temperatures. Three block model is 40î in diameter. Four block model is 48î in diameter.

Large capacity Liquid Mineral Feeder (PLT-285) has graduated scale to show liquid feed levels on translucent poly. The top lid design elevates each wheel so water cannot enter the tank. The permanently attached fill cover makes it easy to fill the tank. Bubble top prevents cattle from standing on the tank.

Comes complete with two lick wheels and can accommodate up to two more lick wheels if desired.

The Behlen Country PFB-10 & PFB-5 roto-molded, all-poly bunks are built tough. They have extra thick poly in their feed trough base in addition to their ribbed, double wall construction. They are made from FDA approved food grade polyethylene that is easy to clean, recyclable and corrosion free. Tested to -20° F. Smooth, rounded design helps prevent injury. Deep, rounded feed troughs and drain openings prevent spoiled feed. Pluggable drain openings allow it to be used as a water tank.

These all-poly bunks are so tough they come with Two Year Warranty against damage from livestock.
