Energy-Free Waterers For Cold or Hot Weather
The Super 2 Hole Cattle Waterer
(SF-2C) is designed for heavy cattle use in extremely cold temperatures. It has been tested at -20°F for 48 hours without freezing up with no animals drinking. The rim design keeps float balls free of ice buildup. Extra thick 4" urethane insulation. It has a removable top for hot weather operation. Newer models (Granite color) feature the Apex valve. This new valve has: a fast, consistent fill; instant water cutoff; diaphragm activated valve; valve activates with 1-1/2" water level drop; for pressure lines from 5-150 lbs. No additional pressure regulator required.

Two and four hole Energy-Free Waterers are built to provide a continual supply of fresh water to small or large groups of animals depending on the unit. The float balls keep the units algae free. The heavily insulated walls keep water cool in summer and warm in winter.

An optional low pressure valve is available for special applications.

To ensure proper operation, it is recommended that each unit be installed with the Poly Earth Tube and Shut-off Valve Kit.

The Shut-off Valve Kit (6') contains everything needed to properly plumb any Energy-Free Waterer. The hydrant-valve design drains the water line when the valve is in the off position. NOTE: The Shut-off Valve Kit will not work with water pressure below 20 p.s.i.

The 18" long Poly Earth Tube provides the protection needed to keep the riser pipe from freezing below the ground even in the coldest weather. Units connect together to desired length with two screws. The all poly shell is extremely durable and waterproof. No need to worry about collapsing when backfilling. 12" outside diameter.

Units have non-siphoning water valve, built-in hold downs, removable drain plugs and easily accessible doors. Fully assembled, ready to install.

All Energy-Free Waterers have a 5 year limited warranty on the body and a 1 year limited warranty on valves and controls.
